Legal notice

Publisher: DiceKeepr is published by a private individual, a non-professional publisher within the meaning of the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN). In accordance with Article 6, III, 2° of that law, the publisher has chosen not to make their personal contact details public; their identity is held on file by the host and may be disclosed upon judicial request.

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the DiceKeepr website and application. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Access to the service

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service.

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 15 years old to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish (games, paint jobs, photos, texts). By publishing it, you grant DiceKeepr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it as part of the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.

Community catalog

Contributions to the game catalog (unit names and their translations) are published under the Creative Commons BY-SA licence. By contributing, you grant that licence irrevocably and agree that your input may be reused and shared under its terms.

The catalog contains names only, used for identification purposes. Rules, lore, artwork, game stats — and the names themselves as trademarks — remain the property of their respective publishers. DiceKeepr is not affiliated with any of them.

Intellectual property

DiceKeepr respects the rights of game publishers. No rules, protected text or artwork are reproduced. If you believe content infringes your rights, report it (see below): we will promptly remove it where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to publish unlawful, hateful, harassing or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others, and not to disrupt the operation of the service.

Reporting and moderation

Any content can be reported from within the app. As a host, we promptly remove manifestly unlawful content reported to us. We may moderate, hide or remove content and suspend an account in the event of a breach.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DiceKeepr cannot be held liable for content published by users or for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
